2.2 After Work Has Started

If work has already begun:

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

  • Partial refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for work not yet performed.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

2.3 Digital Products

If we offer downloadable or digital products:

  • All sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

  • Refunds may only be granted if the product is defective or inaccessible due to a verified technical issue.

3. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

If SELCORE.NET offers subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.

  • Access will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project approval

  • Delays caused by the client

  • Failure to provide required materials or information

  • Project scope changes outside the original agreement

  • Services delivered as agreed

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have concerns regarding a payment, we encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and possible legal action.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Project or order details

  • Payment reference

  • Reason for the refund request
