At SELCORE.NET, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy and a 7-day refund processing policy for all eligible physical products purchased through our store.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for both:

  • ✅ Defective or damaged products

  • ✅ Non-defective products (change of mind)

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, cables, and included components must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Returned Items

For non-defective returns:

  • The product must not show signs of excessive use, damage, or alteration

  • Missing parts not due to our error may result in a partial refund or denial of return

For defective products:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item arrives damaged

  • Provide photos or videos clearly showing the defect

3. Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within the 30-day return window.

  • Exchanges are available for the same product or another product of equal value

  • If the new item has a different price, the price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly

  • Exchange items are shipped after the original item is received and inspected

4. Refund Policy (7 Business Days)

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return or exchange

  • Photos (if applicable for defective items)

We will provide return instructions after your request is reviewed and approved.
